BSB Construction, Inc. is a second-generation, family-operated land improvement construction company. The owners and co-founders, Bud & Norma Lashley, have been involved in construction and agriculture all their lives.

From the purchase of the family farm to the development of BSB Construction in 1967, Bud & Norma were involved in all phases of the operation from surveying and excavation to the daily financial operation of the corporation.

In January 2002, after working more than 36 years in the industry, Bud retired and Norma took over the ownership and management of the company.

The company is very versatile. We do all kinds of dirt work ranging from feedlots, roads, landfills, sewer lagoons to site preparations for Walmart and Menards. We have installed baffles in the cooling pond for the NPPD Gerald Gentleman station. We have done dam repair at Norton, Kansas for the Bureau of Reclamation. We do all aspects of work if earth moving is required.
