BSB Construction, Inc. is a second-generation, family-operated land improvement and civil construction company. The owners and co-founders, Bud and Norma Lashley, have been involved in construction and agriculture all their lives. From the purchase of the family farm to the development of BSB Construction in 1966, Bud and Norma were involved in all phases of the operation from surveying and excavation to the daily financial operation of the corporation. In January 2002, after working more than 35 years in the industry Bud retired and Norma took over the ownership and management of the company. Day to day management duties transferred to their son, Ted Lashley, in 2015.
Today this company has grown into a corporation with a much broader scope of work. BSB Construction, Inc. has expanded into utility work, trucking, materials, concrete work, as well as various types of dirt work. BSB also recently acquired a mobile concrete truck and plant, which allows them to serve a larger area with concrete projects such as sidewalks, driveways, structures and other paving jobs. With a wider scope of work, BSB is now a full service company doing work from planning to dirt work, utilities and concrete. BSB is always working towards improvement and customer satisfaction!
